This Privacy Policy explains what information SaaSReset.com collects, why, and the choices you have. We built this site to collect as little as technically possible — and to load no analytics at all until you opt in.
SaaSReset.com (the "Site") is operated by Cutline Advisory LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business in Pennsylvania ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Use.

On your first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics. Until you click Accept, the analytics and performance scripts are not loaded and no analytics requests are made. If you click Decline, they stay off. You can change your choice any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer. Your choice is remembered using a single first-party localStorage value (saasreset_consent).
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not combine it with data from other sources.
We rely on Vercel Inc. for hosting, analytics, and rate-limiting storage. Vercel processes data on our behalf as a service provider/processor. See Vercel's privacy documentation at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy. We do not share your information with any other third parties except as required by law.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA): We do not use wiretapping, pen-register, trap-and-trace, or session-replay technologies, and we do not permit third parties to intercept your communications with this Site for their own purposes. Our analytics are cookieless, aggregated, and load only after your affirmative, prior consent.
To exercise any right, email us at privacy@cutlineadvisory.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. We use two first-party browser-storage values: a session-only flag for the access gate and a consent-preference value as described above. These are essential/functional and are not used to track you across sites.
The Site is served over HTTPS. The access password is compared server-side using a constant-time check and is never stored. Our infrastructure may process data in the United States.
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
